Late Policy: To ensure every client receives the best service and to keep appointments running smoothly, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service. Late arrivals may result in a shorter appointment to avoid disrupting the next client’s scheduled time. If you are running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Repeated late arrivals may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no show and will be charged a 50% no show fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and other clients appointments. Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. This allows me enough time to fill the appointment slot and accommodate other clients. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the 50% fee and may require full payment before booking future appointments. I understand that emergencies happen, and I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and business. Thank you for supporting me and my work. Repair Policy: Complimentary fixes are offered within 3 days of your appointment for product-related issues only. Please contact me as soon as possible if you experience any lifting, chipping, or breakage during this time frame. Repairs requested after the 3-day period will be charged according to the repair needed. Damage caused by improper care, accidents, picking, biting, or excessive force is not considered a product-related issue and will be subject to repair fees.
